Yes. Every school is a separate tenant with strict data isolation enforced at the database level. Larger institutions can be provisioned on fully dedicated infrastructure.
Can we use our own domain name?
On the Professional plan you can run the portal on your own custom domain (e.g. yourschool.com) with automatic SSL. Every plan also includes a free branded subdomain.

Which system should we choose?

How is pricing calculated?
There’s a one-time setup fee to onboard your school, then a subscription charged per student, per term. You can be billed directly, or we can manage fee collection on your behalf and charge the per-student subscription to students as part of their school fees. Enterprise groups get custom pricing.
